Data we hold

Identity and contact details you provide, your virtual garage (vehicles, photos, number plates), your event registrations, concierge requests and payment records.

What we never store

• Your card details: payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
• Your IP address in clear: security logs keep only a keyed hash (HMAC-SHA256).
• Your password in clear: it is hashed by our authentication provider and checked against known breaches using k-anonymity (only 5 characters of its hash leave our servers).

Who sees what

Your number plate is visible only to you and the organisers. Other members may see your first name, the initial of your last name and your car on past events, unless you disable this in your privacy settings.

Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion and portability can be exercised from your member space. Payment records are kept for the period required by accounting law.
